Terms of service
Last updated August 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Omnesly website and the Omnesly desktop application ("the app"). By using either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Omnesly.
The service
Omnesly is a native desktop application that lets you connect your own API keys from third-party AI providers and use them through a single interface. Omnesly does not provide its own AI models — you're responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid accounts and API keys with any provider you choose to connect.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected API keys secure, and for all activity that happens through your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Third-party providers
Your use of any connected AI provider — including cost, output quality, availability, content policies, and data handling — is governed entirely by your agreement with that provider. Omnesly is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for a provider's pricing, downtime, or output.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Omnesly to:
- Violate any law or the terms of a connected AI provider;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's data;
- Reverse engineer the app in order to circumvent security or licensing controls;
- Interfere with the normal operation of the app or website.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees for Omnesly plans are separate from, and do not include, any cost billed to you directly by a connected AI provider.
Intellectual property
Omnesly — including its name, logo, branding, website design, layout, text, graphics, software, product descriptions, documentation, and other original content — is owned by us, or used under rights and licenses we hold, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Except where a third party owns the material, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, scrape, or create derivative works from anything on the website or in the app without our prior written permission. Using Omnesly doesn't give you any ownership interest, license, or other proprietary right in our intellectual property beyond what's needed for normal, lawful use of the product.
Third-party trademarks
Omnesly connects to AI providers you already have accounts with, so some pages reference or display the names, logos, or trademarks of those providers — including Anthropic, Claude, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Qwen, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, xAI, Cohere, Meta, and Moonshot AI. Those marks belong to their respective owners. We don't claim any ownership over them, and referencing them is purely for identification, compatibility, and comparison — it doesn't mean Omnesly is affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these companies, and it doesn't mean they endorse Omnesly either. In the same way, nobody may use the Omnesly name, logo, or branding in a way that falsely implies a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement that doesn't exist.
Disclaimers
Omnesly is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any connected AI provider's output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose, and we're not responsible for decisions made based on that output.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Omnesly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any connected third-party provider.
Termination
You may stop using Omnesly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page and make a reasonable effort to notify active users of material changes.
